KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, smooth, and timely transportation to the employer and authorized passengers.
• Drive and maintain luxury vehicles, including Range Rover, Rolls-Royce, and similar premium cars, with care and professionalism.
• Plan daily routes based on appointments, schedules, traffic conditions, and destination requirements.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, highways, landmarks, residential communities, hotels, airports, and business areas.
• Use navigation systems and traffic updates to select efficient routes and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Ensure passengers reach their destinations safely and punctually.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when required.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, polished, and presentable condition at all times.
• Conduct routine checks of fuel, tires, lights, brakes, fluids, air conditioning, and other essential vehicle functions.
• Report vehicle faults, maintenance requirements, or unusual issues promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, cleaning, and routine maintenance as required.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and defensive driving practices.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal activities, schedules, destinations, and information.
• Demonstrate patience, courtesy, and professionalism when interacting with passengers, guests, staff, and service providers.
• Be flexible with working hours according to the employer’s schedule and transportation requirements.
• Remain available for short-notice trips, appointments, airport transfers, shopping, meetings, and other authorized journeys.
• Assist with basic errands, collections, deliveries, or vehicle-related tasks when required.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, servicing, mileage, and other vehicle-related expenses when requested.
• Ensure personal belongings and items left inside the vehicle are handled responsibly.
• Park vehicles safely and appropriately at residences, offices, hotels, restaurants, and other destinations.
• Perform additional driving or transportation-related duties assigned by the employer.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5+ years of driving experience in Dubai.
• Proven experience working as a Personal Driver, Family Driver, Executive Driver, or similar position.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles such as Range Rover and Rolls-Royce is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads and routes.
• Strong understanding of UAE traffic rules and road safety requirements.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, and well-presented personality.
• Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on passenger safety.
• Ability to maintain and care for luxury vehicles properly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Flexible approach to working hours and changing schedules.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy traffic conditions.
