Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials, products, and services.

• Perform demand planning and forecasting by analyzing historical data, consumption patterns, and business requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to understand current and future material needs and align procurement plans accordingly.

• Oversee inventory management and order replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels and avoiding shortages or overstocking.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate timely purchase orders based on forecasts and lead times.

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.

• Conduct procurement and commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions.

• Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier contracts accurately.

• Maintain updated supplier master data and procurement documentation.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent performance.

• Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service levels, and address performance gaps when identified.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of goods.

• Work closely with the finance team to align procurement activities with budgets and cash flow plans.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and risk mitigation within the supply chain.

• Prepare procurement reports, inventory status updates, and demand forecasts for management review.

• Monitor market trends, supplier pricing, and availability to support informed procurement decisions.

• Handle supplier queries, discrepancies, and claims professionally and in a timely manner.

• Support audits by providing procurement and supplier documentation as required.

• Use procurement systems or ERP tools to track orders, inventory, and supplier performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain operations.

• Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory planning.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP-based procurement systems.
