Procurement Executive Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our General Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality procurement, with expertise in managing contracts, vendor negotiations, and procurement systems.




Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for hospitality goods and services.
• Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals.
• Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Utilize e-Procurement systems to streamline procurement activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.
• Monitor market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality procurement within a medium to large organization.
• Proficiency in e-Procurement systems or equivalent procurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of contract preparation, invoicing processes, and negotiation strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
