Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with procurement policies
• Support RFQ/RFP activities, supplier evaluations, and negotiations

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
• Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records
• Partner with internal teams to clarify requirements and provide procurement guidance

Systems, Governance & Performance

• Maintain accurate procurement data and documentation in the ERP system
• Support audit readiness and policy compliance
• Track key procurement KPIs such as turnaround times and cost savings
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and control

Qualifications

• Experience in a procurement or purchasing role
• Good understanding of procurement processes, RFQs, and supplier negotiations
• Experience using ERP systems and maintaining accurate transactional data
