Responsibilities:

• To request for quotation about bidding projects.
• Setup and optimize work standards and procedure of procurement proposal.
• Keep good relationship and long term cooperation with major suppliers.
• Take part in the evaluation activities of technical proposal and commercial proposal.
• Report to immediate boss phase by phase.
• Coordinate information related to materials among depts.
• Complete the corresponding managing work on quality elements and HSE elements.
• Database setup and maintenance.

Qualifications:

More than 8 years relevant working experience.

Be good at English and familiar with office software and etc.
