Responsibilities:

• Handle buying contracts and manage the issuance and documentation process.

• Coordinate shipment details and requirements, including follow-ups and preparation of LC (Letter of Credit) if applicable.

• Collect draft documents, confirm them, and manage final document processing.

• Ensure timely payment collection and handling of shipping documents and Bill of Lading (BL).

• Maintain knowledge of LC, UCP 600, INCO TERMS 2010, and international payment terms.

• Coordinate with hedging desk and finance team for price fixation and related accounting entries.

• Liaise with customers regarding price fixation, account settlements, and queries.

• Create basic customer profiles to establish contacts and explore business opportunities.

• Attend training sessions for self-growth and product knowledge enhancement.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and maintain high professional standards.

Requirements:

• B.Com, Bachelor’s degree, or Diploma in International Trade or related field preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Word.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Age: 22–35 years.

• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in purchase coordination or international trade-related roles.
