Purchasing Assistant Full Time

Trustbend Packers & Movers is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement operations in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth purchasing processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing cost-effective procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for goods and services.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain and update supplier databases and procurement records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs.
• Track inventory levels and support replenishment planning.
• Verify invoices, delivery notes, and supplier agreements for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
• Assist in resolving supply issues and vendor-related concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is an advantage.
