QHSE Officer Full Time

Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QHSE Officer to join our team at Al Bonian FM. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Facilities Management (FM) operations and construction, with a strong background in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of QHSE policies and procedures across FM and construction operations.
• Review and approve Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA), and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Issue Permits to Work (PTW) and ensure that safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct safety inductions and safety training sessions for employees.
• Monitor and report on safety performance, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained.
• Act as the point of contact for any safety-related issues within the operations.

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge and experience in FM operations and construction.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position at a reputable facilities management company in the UAE.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is required, and OSHAS/IOSH certifications are preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in MEP/Civil Engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• UAE driving license with own car is preferred.
