Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Dubai. The Receptionist will handle the clinic’s front desk operations, greet and guide patients, manage appointments, answer incoming calls, and provide essential customer service support. The individual will perform various clerical duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Receptionist Duties, such as managing appointments, maintaining records, and handling inquiries.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Experience in Customer Service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
• Proficiency in general Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide solutions to patient needs in a calm and empathetic manner.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is must
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, is an advantage
