Operational Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receives visitors arriving at the Authority, enquires about the purpose of their visit, and takes the necessary action in accordance with the established procedures.
2. Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers them to the appropriate person according to the applicable procedures.
3. Performs assigned tasks in accordance with the approved operational plan under the direction of the immediate supervisor.
4. Covers the duties of colleagues when required, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
5. Submits suggestions to the immediate supervisor regarding the improvement and development of services based on practical work experience.
6. Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Office of the Director General as required.
7. Supervises and coordinates the booking of meeting rooms belonging to the Office of the Director General through the electronic system. Ensures that hospitality services are provided to attendees, parking cards are stamped, and any other requirements are arranged.
8. Supervises and coordinates the entry of external clients and guests of the Director General into the councils/meeting areas affiliated with the Office of the Director General. Ensures the provision of hospitality services, stamping of parking cards, and fulfillment of any other requirements.
9. Supervises the overall appearance of all facilities affiliated with the Office of the Director General, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness, as well as the effective functioning of lighting, air-conditioning, equipment, and other facilities.
10. Performs any other duties and responsibilities assigned to him/her.

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
