Receptionist Full Time
Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and handles international calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable , with all necessary stationery and material
- provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive , sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries and maintain records of it
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk using a detailed log of incoming visitors
- Updates and reviews attendance and exit passes of staff on daily basis
- performs other clerical duties
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- To perform any other task related to the jobs as and when assigned by the department
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder
- Minimum 2 years of experience as receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time management skill
