A glimpse of your typical workday

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across business units
• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to execute hiring plans
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and documentation
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
