Safety Officer Full Time

Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent Health & Safety certification is mandatory

• Additional certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, or Risk Assessment are an advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments

• Prior experience in the UAE and knowledge of local safety regulations is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of safety regulations, compliance procedures, and risk management

• Ability to conduct safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations

• Strong communication and training skills for delivering toolbox talks and safety orientations

• Proficient in preparing HSE reports, maintaining records, and implementing safety plans

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in fast-paced, high-risk environments

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with PPE standards, emergency response protocols, and hazard control measures

• Physically fit and able to conduct on-site inspections

• Immediate availability is a plus
