Sales Associate Full Time

As a Sales Associate at Park Hyatt Dubai, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, contributing to the achievement of the department’s sales and revenue targets both operationally and administratively. Your role will involve supporting the sales team by providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Assist in the achievement of the department’s pre-determined sales and revenue targets through both operational and administrative support.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective communication with clients to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the department.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by maintaining good interpersonal relationships and effective communication with colleagues.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work well with both customers and team members.
