Job Description:

Otak International is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
• Assist in financial planning and risk management.
• Implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
