Site Supervisor Full Time

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with 2 to 3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site supervision, project coordination, and quality control to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure work meets company standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at the site.
• Monitor project progress, report updates, and address any issues that may arise.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Maintain documentation, including daily site reports and material records.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and clients to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

 Experience: 2-3 years of UAE experience in a fit-out company.
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MOFA attested).
 License: UAE driving license is mandatory.
 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
 Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
