As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Develop creative and engaging social media strategies for each of our pages
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr.
Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisations and brand
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Analyze competitor activity
Recommend improvements to increase performance
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
What are we looking for?

The chosen candidate must have exceeding organisations skills a high level of creativity and out of the box thinking in order to prepare exciting content calendars with engaging content in addition to the following qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
