Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Tik Tok, Threads, etc.).
• Schedule and publish social media content via social media scheduling tools such as Meta for Business, Sprinklr, Hootsuit, Sprout Social, etc.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with followers and build a strong brand community on social platforms.
• Oversee customer service provided via social media.
• Monitor the company’s brand sentiment on social media.
• Run social media advertising campaigns and analyze their performance.
• Manage and analyze social media campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms and leverage them to optimize campaign performance.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to reach new audiences.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze social media data to track performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience/Certificates/Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar.
• Proficiency in content management and content management tools (such as Meta, Sprinklr, etc).
• Proven experience in developing and managing social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of marketing and social media principles and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Fluent proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword search.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar).
• Proficiency in using AI Tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
