Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth handling of inventory and stock management.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of inventory, ensuring items are easily accessible and well-arranged.
• Support the issuance of materials by preparing and delivering requested stock items to relevant departments.
• Update and maintain inventory records accurately, including stock entries, movements, and balances.
• Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and physical verification to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods while ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure proper labeling and tagging of products for easy identification.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory control and store management.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation as required.
• Support storekeeper or supervisor in managing daily operations efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE in a store, warehouse, or inventory-related role.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and store operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or Excel is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks when required.
