The Store Keeper position in Dubai with Rons Enviro Care is ideal for professionals skilled in inventory management, warehouse coordination, stock auditing, and ERP-based materials control.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, tools, and supplies stored in the warehouse or store area.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders to ensure correct quantity and quality.
Ensure proper storage of materials, following approved methods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
Issue materials strictly as per approved material requisitions, maintaining clear and accurate stock movement records.
Record all inward and outward movements of stock on a daily basis, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy.
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts to identify shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies.
Reconcile stock variances and report discrepancies promptly to management for corrective action.
Ensure proper labeling, identification, and coding of materials for easy tracking and retrieval.
Maintain a safe working environment by following safety standards and storage guidelines at all times.
Ensure materials are stored in compliance with company policies and site safety regulations.
Coordinate closely with procurement, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth material flow and availability.
Support procurement by providing accurate stock data for reordering and material planning.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and good housekeeping within the store and storage areas.
Prepare and submit inventory reports, stock status updates, and consumption reports to management on a regular basis.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Safeguard company assets by preventing loss, misuse, or unauthorized issuance of materials.
Assist during audits by providing inventory records and supporting documentation as required.
Ensure timely updating of records, whether maintained manually or through inventory management software.
Handle store-related documentation with accuracy and accountability.
Perform additional store or inventory-related duties as assigned by management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience working as a Store Keeper.
Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures and stock control systems.
Ability to maintain inventory records manually and/or using software.
Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and maintain accountability.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling store-related tasks when required.
Immediate availability is mandatory.
