Homework Living is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver a warm and welcoming experience.

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing showroom visits.
• Provide basic information about products and services to customers.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly and approachable personality with a customer-focused attitude.
