Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Inspection

• Receive incoming shipments and inspect goods for damage or shortages.
• Verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product specifications against approved LPOs and supplier invoices.
• Report damaged, incorrect, or missing items immediately to the Purchase Manager.
• Ensure all received materials meet company quality standards.

Goods Receipt & Documentation

• Prepare accurate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all incoming materials.
• Record GRNs promptly and distribute copies to the Purchase and Accounts departments.
• Maintain complete documentation for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• File supplier invoices and warehouse documents systematically.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Organize inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods.
• Enter purchase invoices and stock movements into the inventory management system accurately.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels regularly.
• Report shortages, damaged items, and near-expiry products to management.
• Maintain accurate stock balances at all times.

Stock Transfers & Distribution

• Prepare weekly stock transfers to clinics and sub-stores.
• Process Inter-Company Stock Transfers with complete documentation.
• Issue inventory only against approved requisitions.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Issued Notes (GIN).
• Support urgent stock requests from clinic and ward staff.

Inventory Verification & Warehouse Operations

• Conduct weekly and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Verify expiry dates during stock audits.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, labeling, and systematic storage.
• Ensure easy identification and retrieval of materials.
• Maintain proper storage conditions, including temperature control where required.

Compliance & Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers, clinics, purchase, accounts, and warehouse teams.
• Collect pending invoices and supporting documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines for medical products.
• Perform additional warehouse and inventory duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience in Storekeeping, Inventory Control, or Warehouse Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Languages: English and Hindi.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse activities when required.
