Key Result Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative and advanced recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s talent needs.
• Source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide timely updates on recruitment efforts.
• Support and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
• Utilize data-driven insights and technology advancements to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Provide a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure alignment with company policies and candidate expectations, securing top talent.
• Leverage advanced recruitment skills and techniques to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Independently manage high-volume recruitment and junior to mid-management roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven track record of successfully managing recruitment activities and experience in sourcing & selecting candidates through various channels.
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a highly demanding and dynamic environment.
• Experience in negotiating offers with candidates.
• Familiarity with technology advancements in recruitment, such as AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Advanced user of Excel and power point.
• Experience in independently managing high-volume recruitment and junior to mid-management level roles.
