Technician Full Time

Job Summary:

As a Technician at Hyatt Regency Dubai, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering Department. You will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers while supporting other operating departments in maintaining high standards of facility maintenance.




Key Responsibilities:

1. Engineering Support:
   • Assist in the daily maintenance and repair activities within the property.
   • Address technical and operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
2. Customer Service:
   • Provide an excellent level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction with all engineering and maintenance needs.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and support their technical requirements.
4. Operational Efficiency:
   • Follow the hotel’s standard operating procedures to ensure effective and safe operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior to application, ensure you have discussed your interest in this role with your Human Resources Department.
• Technical knowledge and experience relevant to facility maintenance and engineering operations.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
