Teller Full Time

Saad Exchange is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Tellers to join our team. As a Teller, you will handle financial transactions, assist customers with remittance and forex services, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and remittances.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with financial services.
• Verify and reconcile daily transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle currency exchange operations with accuracy.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be a graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE or home country.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
• Willingness to work at any branch location within the UAE.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Open to candidates of all nationalities.
