Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate company trucks and vans for the transportation of goods and materials.
• Deliver products to customers, warehouses, and project sites on schedule.
• Plan efficient driving routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload cargo safely.
• Verify delivery documents before dispatch and upon delivery.
• Ensure goods are transported without damage or loss.
• Maintain delivery schedules while complying with road safety regulations.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Perform daily inspections of trucks and vans before and after each trip.
• Check engine oil, coolant, brake fluid, tires, lights, battery, and fuel levels.
• Keep vehicles clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with the maintenance department.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks and service records accurately.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain trip sheets, mileage logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure all vehicle registration, insurance, and driving documents remain valid.
• Follow UAE traffic regulations and company transportation policies.
• Adhere to all safety procedures during loading, transportation, and unloading.
• Report delays, traffic issues, or delivery concerns promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality when transporting company assets or documents.

Customer Service & Team Support

• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.
• Provide timely updates on delivery status.
• Assist with loading and unloading when required.
• Perform additional transportation and operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (Light and Heavy, as applicable).
• Experience driving 10-ton trucks and 3-ton vans.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Previous commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading and unloading duties.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when operationally required.
• Strong commitment to safe and responsible driving.
