Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, ensuring stock levels in the system match physical inventory.

• Oversee order fulfillment processes to meet delivery timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Lead, guide, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets.

• Allocate daily tasks to warehouse team members and monitor performance.

• Coordinate closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth logistics and distribution operations.

• Work with internal teams such as procurement, customer service, and operations to resolve issues quickly.

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods in line with company standards.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and operational procedures.

• Monitor equipment usage and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.

• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management systems for tracking inventory and orders.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.

• Identify bottlenecks in warehouse processes and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

• Train new warehouse staff on procedures, safety standards, and system usage.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational SOPs, and quality standards.

• Manage workload during peak periods and ensure adequate staffing levels.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance.

• Handle escalations related to order delays, inventory issues, or operational challenges.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in 3PL or e-commerce operations.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.

• Process-driven mindset with focus on accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with WMS and order management systems.

• Good understanding of inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with internal teams and partners.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.

• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accountability.
