Responsibilities:
-Demonstrate complete knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law to ensure compliance across all HR practices.
-Develop and execute strategic HR plans to align with organizational goals and objectives.
-Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
-Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention to enhance overall satisfaction and productivity.
-Ensure compliance with all HR-related regulations and effectively manage risks.
-Utilize technology effectively to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
-Facilitate conflict resolution and negotiation processes to maintain a positive work environment.
-Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to support employee growth and career advancement.
-Demonstrate high emotional intelligence (EI) to effectively manage relationships and navigate challenging situations.
-Monitor employee performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
-Exhibit excellent skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to generate insightful reports and presentations.
Requirements:
-BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant degree in HR or Administration.
-Minimum of 2 years proven experience as an HR Generalist.
-Strong presentation skills.
-Proactive and adaptable mindset.
-Team-oriented with a focus on results.
-Flexibility in schedule and location.
-Fluent in Arabic and excellent English proficiency.
