HSE OFFICER Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards across elevator installation, maintenance, and modernization projects.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.

• Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.

• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site employees.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and prepare detailed reports.

• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records accurately.

• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.

• Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct drills.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities during inspections if required.

• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.

• Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to employees.

• Monitor environmental compliance and waste management procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience (elevator industry preferred).

• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification (mandatory).

• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license.
