Key Responsibilities:

• Process all Sales Return (GRV) transactions within agreed timelines, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Manage invoicing of near-expiry and saleable damaged stocks, ensuring timely processing and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure efficient movement of saleable stocks to designated storage locations to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
• Monitor proper segregation of stocks, including damaged, expired, and saleable items, as per company procedures.
• Oversee the storage and disposal of damaged and expired goods, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) norms.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales, Accounts Receivable (AR), Delivery, and Put-away teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems regularly to reflect stock movements.
• Monitor team productivity and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in conducting regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs) to support warehouse operations.
• Support warehouse supervisors in daily operations and reporting activities.
• Identify operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely reporting of discrepancies, damages, or operational concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant warehouse operations experience in the UAE, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in SAP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities to manage warehouse operations effectively.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and HSE regulations.
