Key Responsibilities – Sales Support, Administration & Customer Service

• Support the sales team by preparing and issuing technical quotations, proposals and compliance documentation accurately and on time.
• Review client enquiries and drawings, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure correct technical submissions.
• Process customer orders and track delivery schedules in coordination with logistics and operations.
• Act as a first point of contact for customers, responding to general and basic technical enquiries, escalating complex issues when required.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, pricing structures, product data and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing tender and bid documentation, including technical datasheets, compliance statements and supporting documents.
• Coordinate meetings, technical presentations and client visits.
• Support invoicing and documentation required for project progress and handover.
• Prepare sales and performance reports for management review.

Essential Skills – Customer Service, Organisation & Communication

• Engineering Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to interpret basic technical drawings, specifications and product data.
• Customer Service: Professional communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical clients.
• Organisation: Strong administrative and time-management skills.
• IT Literacy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate handling of technical and commercial documentation.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, technical sales coordination or engineering-related commercial roles.
• Experience in engineering products, building services, HVAC, fire protection or industrial solutions is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and order management.
• Based in Abu Dhabi and willing to attend client meetings and site visits when required.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
