Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounts and financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and updated.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, reconciliations, and statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match bank statements and discrepancies are resolved.
• Manage VAT processes, including preparation, filing, and maintaining proper documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Handle invoicing processes, ensuring timely issuance of invoices and proper tracking of receivables.
• Maintain complete and organized financial documentation, ensuring easy access for audits and reviews.
• Support accounts payable (AP) by verifying supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR), including tracking customer payments and following up on outstanding balances.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
• Support audit processes, providing required documents and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor expenses and financial transactions to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth operations.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.
• Experience in handling VAT, invoicing, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
