Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and other tools.
• Resolve issues related to email configuration, login problems, and application errors.
• Support network connectivity, including LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and access issues.
• Handle and manage support requests through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.
• Provide onsite end-user support, assisting employees with IT-related queries and issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in setting up IT infrastructure for new employees, including system configuration and onboarding support.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for advanced issue resolution when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), and Windows OS.
• Solid troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking environments.
• Experience working in corporate or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
• Ability to provide onsite technical support and handle user queries effectively.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
