Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to branch offices across the Abu Dhabi region.
• Travel frequently to different branch locations to resolve IT issues and ensure system functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and company procedures.
• Assist in implementing new IT infrastructure and technologies.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on IT systems and best practices.
• Identify recurring issues and implement preventive solutions to improve system performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in multi-branch or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and system administration.
• Experience in providing both on-site and remote technical support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to travel frequently across Abu Dhabi branch locations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection practices.
