Key Responsibilities:

• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Assist in invoice verification and data entry, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and filing systems in an organized manner.
• Perform and support bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions match bank statements.
• Manage and track petty cash transactions, maintaining proper records and approvals.
• Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking, ensuring accurate calculations and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Operations teams for invoice validation and transaction accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding payments and assist in follow-ups with clients and vendors.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Contribute to audit preparation, organizing documents and supporting audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
• Identify discrepancies in financial data and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information at all times.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
