Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Handle petty cash management, maintaining proper records and approvals.
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, and vendor accounts.
• Manage and support Import/Export LC (Letter of Credit) processing, ensuring compliance with financial and trade requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all entries are complete and accurate.
• Prepare detailed workings for VAT return filing and Corporate Tax return filing.
• Generate and issue invoices, ensuring timely billing of customers.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales reports for management review.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and resolve billing queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, UAE regulations, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth financial operations and reporting.
• Perform additional ad hoc accounting tasks as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification.
• Female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling VAT and Corporate Tax documentation.
• Familiarity with Import/Export LC processing is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
