Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly and yearly statements.
• Support VAT filing, payroll processing, and financial compliance activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documents.
• Manage HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
• Handle employee onboarding and exit procedures, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate employee data and records.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Address employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support a positive work environment.
• Coordinate between finance and HR departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist management in preparing reports related to finance and HR functions.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software and HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of payroll, VAT, and labour laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
