ey Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR activities and processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation, and system setup for new hires.
• Support offboarding procedures, including exit formalities, documentation, and final settlements.
• Coordinate visa processing, including applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliance and UAE labour laws, maintaining proper documentation and processes.
• Assist in managing attendance tracking, leave records, and timesheets.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accurate data input and timely coordination with finance teams.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations and communication.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
• Maintain proper filing systems for HR documents, both physical and digital.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and HR-related activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HR processes, documentation, and labour laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
