Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain company HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow proper safety practices and site regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for workers and site staff.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and safety documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors regarding safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE laws, construction safety standards, and company policies.
• Support emergency response planning and conduct evacuation drills when required.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, permits, and safety audits.
• Monitor work activities related to GRC cladding and façade works to ensure safe execution.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external auditors during HSE inspections when required.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project operations and workforce activities.
• Perform additional HSE and site safety duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Experience in GRC cladding/façade works is preferred.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety standards.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site safety effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and hazard identification abilities.
