Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

• Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Monitor cash flow activities and track outstanding receivables and payables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, auditors, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Utilize accounting software and MS Excel for financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Assist with VAT documentation, audit preparation, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain organized filing systems and proper record management procedures.
• Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Maintain confidentiality of company financial information and accounting records.
• Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year UAE accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
