Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, supplier invoices, and payment schedules.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform customer and supplier reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management summaries.
• Support bank reconciliation activities and verify financial transactions.
• Ensure accurate recording of financial data in ERP and accounting systems.
• Assist with VAT documentation, VAT returns preparation, and compliance activities.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting-related information and records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist auditors by providing required financial documents and reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payable balances to ensure timely settlement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and UAE regulations.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Handling.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable Processing.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Knowledge of VAT Compliance and UAE accounting procedures.
• Experience with ERP and accounting software.
• Must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attested educational certificate is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
