Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.

• Maintain accurate records of company expenses and monitor financial transactions.

• Assist with VAT documentation, filing preparation, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting.
• Support management by providing financial information and reports when required.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documentation.
• Assist in improving accounting procedures and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous accounting experience is required.
• Experience with Odoo ERP is a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
