Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and technical assistance to clients.
• Install, configure, and update software applications as per client requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Offer basic networking support and system setup assistance.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical issues and solutions provided.
• Travel to client locations as required for installation and support tasks.

• Provide clear instructions and basic training to clients on system usage when required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of UAE experience in IT support or technical roles.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to travel frequently to client sites across the UAE.
• Strong technical aptitude and basic understanding of IT systems.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through training.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.
• Professional attitude and customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and common software applications.
