Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process cash, credit/debit card, cheque, and electronic payments accurately.
• Generate receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations for customers and clients.
• Maintain daily cash balances and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the finance department.
• Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting or ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to payments, billing, and receipts in a professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial records and company information.
• Assist the accounting team with financial documentation and administrative tasks when required.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal control procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or in a finance-related role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash-handling procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting or billing software.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Honest, reliable, and capable of handling financial transactions with integrity and accuracy.
