Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Record Management

• Enter, update, and maintain business data accurately in company systems.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before data entry.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Update product, supplier, inventory, and pricing information.
• Review data regularly to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.

Buying & Procurement Support

• Assist the buying and procurement teams with data processing and documentation.
• Maintain purchase order records and supplier information.
• Support merchandising activities by updating product details.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for data verification.
• Prepare procurement-related reports when required.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Prepare inventory, purchasing, and sales reports.
• Utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and other Excel functions for data analysis.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrections.
• Assist management with operational reports and performance summaries.
• Support business decisions by maintaining accurate and reliable information.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with finance, warehouse, merchandising, and procurement teams.
• Organize files, documentation, and business records.
• Support ERP data updates and system maintenance.
• Respond to internal requests for data and reports.
• Perform additional administrative and data management duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, buying support, merchandising, procurement, or retail operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar software is an advantage.
• Interest in retail buying and product management is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
