Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & System Management

• Enter and update Bill of Materials (BOM) information in the ERP/system accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain and update daily missing stock reports and inventory records.
• Ensure accuracy of data entered into systems and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Update product, material, and logistics data in the system regularly.
• Maintain proper digital records and ensure data integrity at all times.

Inventory & Logistics Support

• Monitor inventory records and assist in stock reconciliation activities.
• Assist in tracking incoming and outgoing materials in coordination with logistics teams.
• Generate and maintain logistics and inventory reports as required.
• Coordinate with the Packaging Department regarding invoices and documentation.
• Support inventory control processes and reporting requirements.
• Assist in identifying and reporting stock variances or missing items.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of logistics and operational documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory and logistics.
• Ensure all records are properly documented and easily accessible.
• Support the Logistics Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and records.
• Follow company documentation standards and procedures.

Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate with internal departments for accurate data flow and updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with relevant teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Assist in improving data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, inventory control, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and BOM processes.
• Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
