Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

* Handle import and export operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and regulatory compliance.

* Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records across warehouses.

* Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and uninterrupted supply.

* Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and government authorities.

* Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

* Analyze logistics performance, prepare reports, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Identify opportunities to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution costs while maintaining service quality.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE/GCC logistics and trade regulations.

* Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain accurate operational data and streamline logistics processes.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the perfume, cosmetics, manufacturing, or FMCG industry.

* Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping operations within the UAE and GCC.

* Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers and logistics partners.

* Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an added advantage.
