Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist with preparing HR letters, forms, reports, and internal correspondence.
• Update employee information in HR records and systems.
• Support the HR department with routine administrative requirements.
• Ensure assigned HR tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Recruitment Support

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
• Support the HR team in screening candidate information and maintaining applicant records.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.
• Maintain updated recruitment trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with job posting and candidate follow-up activities.
• Support the HR team during recruitment drives and employee selection processes.

Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain organized employee files and confidential HR records.
• Assist in collecting and verifying employee documentation.
• Update attendance, leave, joining, and other employee-related records when required.
• Ensure HR documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Assist with preparing documentation required for internal HR processes.
• Ensure records are accurate and updated regularly.

Excel & Reporting

• Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills to maintain HR trackers and reports.
• Prepare employee databases, attendance records, recruitment trackers, and HR reports.
• Organize information using Excel formulas, tables, filters, and other relevant functions.
• Assist in analyzing basic HR data and preparing summaries.
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and ensure data is entered correctly.
• Support the HR team with regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
• Ensure HR data is organized and presented clearly.

Onboarding Support

• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate collection of required documents from new employees.
• Help prepare joining files and onboarding checklists.
• Support induction and orientation activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding new employee requirements.
• Ensure onboarding records are complete and properly maintained.
• Provide basic administrative assistance to new employees during the joining process.

Employee Support

• Assist employees with routine HR and administrative queries.
• Direct complex employee concerns to the appropriate HR personnel.
• Communicate HR information clearly and professionally.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive approach when dealing with employees.
• Assist with internal HR communications and announcements.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities when required.

Learning & Professional Development

• Develop practical knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and functions.
• Learn recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and documentation processes.
• Take initiative to improve HR knowledge and professional skills.
• Accept feedback positively and apply learning to daily responsibilities.
• Stay updated with basic HR practices and workplace procedures.

Key Requirements

• Fresh graduates / freshers may apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions.
