Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to support ongoing HR requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, benefits, and other employee-related information.
• Support visa, work permit, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and other employment-related processes in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Support employee relations matters, queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally and confidentially.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearance requirements.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance management activities, and other HR processes.
• Ensure HR practices and documentation are aligned with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and employee data and provide management updates as required.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
• Provide Arabic-English communication and translation support when required.
• Support additional HR and administrative requirements based on business needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Previous experience within a Private Office, Family Office, corporate office, hospitality, or similar high-touch environment would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up capabilities.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, and maturity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
