Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

• Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth employee administration.
• Handle employee onboarding and assist new employees with joining formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage leave applications, attendance records, and employee files.
• Ensure HR documents are properly updated and securely maintained.
• Respond to routine employee HR-related queries professionally.

Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Coordinate recruitment activities and support the hiring process.
• Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview details and updates to candidates.
• Assist with job postings, candidate coordination, and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and track candidate progress.
• Support management in meeting staffing requirements.

Payroll & Attendance

• Assist with payroll preparation and ensure accurate employee information.
• Maintain attendance and leave records for payroll processing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to verify overtime and attendance details.
• Maintain payroll-related HR documentation.
• Support timely resolution of employee payroll and attendance queries.
• Ensure payroll information is handled with strict confidentiality.

Office Administration

• Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
• Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
• Support facility management and general office requirements.
• Maintain administrative records and documentation.
• Assist with office-related projects and operational activities.

Compliance & HR Documentation

• Maintain accurate HR compliance records.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable UAE Labour Law requirements.
• Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidential employee and company information.
• Assist with preparing HR documents for internal reviews or audits.
• Keep HR records organized and readily available when required.

HR Reports & Employee Engagement

• Prepare HR reports and administrative summaries for management.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
• Assist management with HR-related projects and policy implementation.
• Coordinate employee communications and workplace activities.
• Contribute to improving HR processes and administrative efficiency.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR & Admin experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
